67' Schwinn Speedster "Super"

Complete custom bike .
Painted Schwinn opaque green w/ new decals.
Pared down from 35lbs to 30. Kickstand delete plate but can install a stock chrome integrated kickstand if new owner wants.
Chro-mo tubular fork, SR alum stem, new alum rims, ss spokes, hi flange front hub, Schwalbe 27" tires w/reflective sidewall, specialized saddle, SA 2 speed kickback rear hub w/ brake and 19t cog, cageless watertight BB, GT 170mm arm forged crank. Atom 440 rat trap pedals. 39 tooth Sprint chain ring, new 3/32" chain.


Fits anyone from 5 foot to 5-10. Seat and stem go up and down.This bike rides perfectly and flys. I've put several hundred miles on it in the past few years. I have another similar project in the wings so it's time for this one to make someone else happy. It gets a lot of looks and comments everywhere it goes.

Yes, original style... I had some aluminum ones on there for awhile but used them on another bike.

This is a very cool build, and well worth the money, IMO. I had this size Speedster (17"?) with a tri-coaster, bone stock aside from fresh Kenda 23s - and that was pretty quick. I imagine this one would live up to it's name very well.
