I posted previously about Bring A Trailer, just think it is worth mentioning again as the results are coming on bike sales on BAT. Whether you think it is good or bad, we may be in for a jump in the price of Stingray and perhaps other bikes very soon,. The Orange Krate on BAT brought just $11,500+, and the other 5 bikes are doing very well. Makes me wonder if the nice Disc brake Apple Krate I sold yesterday that was listed on this forum was to cheap at $3500. No worries BAT is like Ebay, a totally different type of medium to sell on, a lot of work but generally good sales prices. I am sending in photos now of some bikes to sell but their MO is they will want it at no reserve, which I have no problem with. But I have an old camera and they may want professional photos of bikes taken, they are tough. If you have used BAT you know what I am talking about.

As I am typing this the Pea just sold for 11K.
I tried in the past to get a Krate listed on BAT, they said it had to have an engine on it. I wonder how many people like myself in the next few days might be requesting to BAT to sell their bikes

The seller of those Krates is a car dealer, so maybe he got some kind of inside approval. All those Krates were restored.

Man, I'd love to have 22.75K in my pocket, but I'd hate to be the guy that saw that frame sandblasted and still thought the welds were "Fillet-Brazed!"
