My ‘73 camelback Collegiate was built in Chicago and sold there, too— Kelly’s Schwinn Shop, apparently no longer in business.

1969 Schwinn Pea Picker from Barr Bicycle at 1815 Keo Way in Des Moines, Iowa. Had the bike been bought two years later it would've been sold at the nice, new location out in the western suburbs - which still stands today.

Mulrooney's did a large importation of Lejeune cycles from France about 1973-1974 and wholsesaled them out to other shops

they seemed to be everywhere for a short while and then were gone forever
