Here is a pretty clean 1982 Schwinn “Cruiser”. Its in nice shape and is one of the last Chicago models made. Has the cool tubular forks. Paint is bright and shiny with some wear and chips. Chrome is overall pretty nice. Wheels need a little cleaning around the spoke nipples as usual. Rear wheel has a small area as shown in the pic that needs cleaning as well. Should clean up just fine tho. Bought it off eBay a few months ago and other than putting a brand new pair of Duro tires and some nice used black grips, it’s just as I found it. I’ve never even ridden it. I just never got around to cleaning it up and riding it and have too many projects. Price is now only $300 shipped in the lower 48. It’s 1328 or 1323. I think it’s an 8 though.

If that is the original badge then it can't be 1328 as that would mean the bike was built in 1988. It looks like the number is 1323, which means the bike was built on Thursday May 12th, 1983. That is consistent with the BMX style fork shown in the '83 catalog:
