Do you know what this bike is?

I am interested in this bike but not sure it’s a Schwinn. It looks similar but the details are a little off. The locking fork mechanism is on the head tube and the truss rods are shaped differently. The seller told me it’s called a Standard. Standard what? What are your thoughts?

You are correct, it's not a Schwinn.
I think @bloo is correct because of the lock on the head tube.
I like it; Cool bike.
It's Standard not DeLuxe.
