He routinely "Liked" my custom built bicycle crap, and I appreciate him for sharing his enthusiasm with me that way.

I didn't know him personally but had a very pleasant chat with him some time ago regarding a bike he had for sale. Immediately I could tell he was kind and willing to help new members like myself. My condolences to his family. Rest in Peace.

For those close enough there will be a service this Sat at 2pm at the Corinth Baptist Church in Monroe, NC.

I was not aware of how serious Don's situation was so I went back thru a few of his postings. I am truly sorry to hear about his passing. He will definitely be missed and not forgotten by the many who knew him. His bed frame bike is permanently etched in my mind.
