Western Union messenger Stanley Pasicznyk (1919-1984) likes his new bike, which was given to him after his other ride was stolen in 1939.

Minneapolis city officials bought the machine for Pasicznyk, who transported local government telegrams. In WWII, he was a Tech 5 in the Army.

Pasicznyk died May 31, 1984 at age 64, and is buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
