Flea market prewar Schwinn frame

found this at the flea market this morning an just bought it for parts.. didn't evn realize it was a straight bar.. (was still alittle asleep)... now idk if I should build it or part it out. It's got a cool look and I have a set of prewar rims to match. Hmmmmm....

Maybe early 37? I may have the same one. Looks to me like a C model. But I'm sure someone with more intel will chime in
