Some members have requested a list of Schwinn models which had frames manufactured at Schwinn's Greenville, Mississippi factory.
Attached is a spread sheet of some of the Schwinn bicycle models sold between 1984 and 1992. I know that the factory closed in 1991, but I have included the year 1992 which is the year of bankruptcy.
Based upon serial number data that I have catalogued most of the model names on this spreadsheet had frames from some years with serial numbers that are of the format used at Schwinn's Greenville factory. There are some names on this list for which I have no serial number data, but the frames may have been manufactured at Greenville.
I have tried to be accurate, but I cannot guarantee that the spreadsheet is error free.
I do not have access to good catalogues for all the years 1984 to 1992, so some of you will no doubt see missing model/year combinations.
Please let me know if you see something that is in error and I will do my best to make corrections.

Panasonic - National Bicycle Industrial Company of Japan
not in cat - a model with a serial number found for that year,
but the model was not listed in the catalogue for that year.
