Another thing I noticed is the rear fork end plates could be used to attach a skirt guard since this specific frame makers axle drops were welded/brazed onto both women's and men's frames. You would be able to attach a skirt guard clip to the upper drilled hole on this bike to enable a skirt guard if you wanted.

It’s a 1917 - 1920 Schwinn frame and fork with an H-D crank and headbadge.
The badge does look like a reproduction to me as well, but I’m not so sure the sprocket is a fake?
It appears to have the machined taper that the originals have?
Hard to tell either way on that?
Heck, I’d be interested in it for the frame and fork, but I’m not liking those dings in the top tube and the hole that was drilled through the truss rod.🤨
