I saw this posted for sale on FB Market place. Can you kind people tell me what I’m looking at ? I see a lot going on here looks interesting for a custom rat rod .

It's obviously a Schwinn. Says it right on the tank

Looks like a crazy welder hated Pee Wee so he made himself a Wee Pee bike. That was a Schwinn, as the Schwinn collector above stated.
