Finally riding a big boys bike
Got started on something new-to-me yesterday. I'll update with some more info in a day or two. This is a fairly quick project as I am taking an extended vacation in the next 3-4 weeks. But for now I leave you with some pics.

Okay, a few more here. This is just a test fit of the lens and cover with the bulbs and original battery tray inside. Notice the original battery tray mounting hold got filled during the chroming process which worked to my advantage since the Chrome slightly filled in certain areas moving things internally back a smidgen.

Finished everything up roughly 95% today. Since I restored my space liner men's bike, I managed to pick up another one that was painted the wrong color red. A little too plain for my taste. After I bought the bike the man handed me a brown bag full of lots of spare parts and a few interesting pieces like a 3D printed headlight cover and what seems to be a New Old Stock headlight lens. Talk about rare. So I figured this was the perfect time to finish up the control panel and get the lights working finally.

I had a plan and everything went together fine until it didn't lol. So starting over from scratch again I came up with a much simpler way to utilize the original battery tray and headlight reflector with a 9-volt battery. Unfortunately the underside of the switch panel had to be removed in the Chrome process so I was forced to use modern switches. Looks okay I might come up with a different idea. What do you think?

And I have about 3 extra rear reflectors that I've repaired roughly in my free time so I figured it's time to sand them down and paint them
