Mid 20s Mead Ranger

I absolutely love the mead ranger, the seats, the brown color with the clay color grips & rubber blocks, I had the pleasure of owning a beautiful original 1919, they look great with just a headlight and a klaxon

Great bike. The saddle: It's not beyond repair. The bottom stitch line looks like it can be re-stitched together, if you wish to keep it original. Start at the beginning of the open stitching and re-stitch the missing thread on the bottom. From the underside, carefully cut [ no more than an inch of ] the old thread and continue the stitch line. Repeat until done all the way around. Make sure to have about 10 feet of line to make a continuous stitch. Or, just re-stitch the open part. No matter what, It's a great crusty survivor to save as is.

Yes I definitely plan on re stitching!!! Leather is thick and intact. I highly appreciate the how-to as I don’t work with leather much. Going to look great once done.
All the different kinds of padding underneath the leather is very particular with horse hair(?), linen cloth, thin slab of wood, and so on and so forth. The sheer amount of quality is fascinating.

Mine has the wrong bars and I made a pair of new wheels to accept modern tires and laced a 2 speed kickback hub for a fun ride. Both of my braces are curved. Might not be perfect but I like .....Mine is 1923. I dont think your front fender was cut but I aint an expert. Mine is the same as yours.
