So what year were the snakebelly tires originally produced? I know I've seen them on prewar bikes but.... as we all know, tires were swapped as you needed them on any bike. Not saying they're not prewar, just would like an accurate ad with a date. Other than Marty's great ad he shared on here.

I read in the archives that there is 40/41 Shelby literature referencing these Pharis tires.

My all original 36 Shelby had(has) a pair on it when I found the bike in the late 70's. in Minnesota. Is it possible they were made that early? Hmmmm.....

I saw a Facebook video post of Chip with Corky Coker that use to own Coker tire company. He sold the company. Chip asked him how to make the tire. He helped Chip with the mold, which is the hard part$"$$$. I have searched and searched, cannot find that post.
