Sold Pre war? Lohman dynamo

I have this dynamo that was suggested that it may be pre war due to it being stamped only "Germany". Any help with date appreciated. I have not seen any others with the cowl very unique. I just had it running lights on one of my bikes so it works fine. I would like $30 shipped.
