Even if the buyer returns and pays shipping back, the seller is out any fees that were charged on the shipping amount collected from the buyer. You are still penalized due to a buyer's brain fart.

Just another person that doesn't realize the difference between an S-2 and an S-7...
They're probably trying to fit a 559mm BSD tire onto a 571mm(clearly marked S-7) rim and think that because it won't go, it is the next taller rim that they are familiar with.
Send them this and see if they understand that there are a multitude of specific tire sizes meant to fit specific rims after reading the article fully.
