It takes a very special person to do something like that, and even going thru the process of trying to straighten out/bend the lever handles. Some years ago I picked up a Continental that someone did a modification and they obviously spent some $'s doing it. The bike was built as a Tourist model, and someone wanted a drop bar sports model. Love these brake levers on the drop bars.
Hhmm... Can't figure out the ergonomics here. Maybe designed as a circus bike to be ridden by an orangutan? No, their hands might be long enough to reach those brake levers but their legs wouldn't reach the pedals.

Well I mentioned in an earlier post that I was watching a girls 3 speed Corvette in green. I bought it on an auction from pics only. I paid about $85 after fees and tax.
Picked it up yesterday and it is pretty clean and solid, the serial # is W16784. Has new Kenda gumwall tires and the rims look great.
So my question is, would I be a bum if I used parts off this bike to improve my black one? Or should I keep it together and rehome it to my Daughter?
I have not taken any pics yet it is 0 degrees out today.
