I have a suggestion. Underneath the list is this information.

Years and models produced:
King Size American (KSA) 1962-1964 (includes late 61 frame dates for 62 year model)
King Size American Heavy Duty (KSAHD) 1962-1963 (includes late 61 frame dates for 62 year model)
King Size Heavy Duti (KSHD) 1964-1965 ("King Size" naming not on chain guard)

The late 1964 frame serial stampings were used on the new 1965 KSHD production and there were no actual 1964 model KSHD's. I personally would delete the 1964 on this model even though they may have had a drop out stamped in late October 64. The dates associated with the serial numbers is the date that part was made and stamped with a serial.

Today's update comes from @AmericanSchwinnfiend, he actually has two KS bikes and will get us some photos of the second bike here soon. This is an early one. Here's what he says about it:

My black one, is as found, and stock original with the addition of a 1960s Schwinn-approved headlight. it has serial number M130081 and on the mast tube, a 1963 red reflective sticker bike license from the town of Menlo Park, California.

I found it at an estate sale in San Mateo during the 1990s for $50. and had to have it.

Thanks for sharing, AmericanSchwinnfiend!
