Riding a '38 Autocycle Deluxe
Albert G McCaleb was a Chicago area printer who possibly provided the work for the
1938 Cantilever frame design. This is an unsigned Assignment Agreement for the
British patent 475,605. Did a bit of research here but inconclusive as to what the
effect of the agreement might entail. In any case, interesting historical Schwinn document
although unsigned by Frank Schwinn and Sylvia Taman.
----"British Patent 475605 (granted around the late 1930s) is associated with an innovative invention by Frank W. Schwinn and Ignaz Schwinn (of the Schwinn bicycle dynasty). It relates to improvements in bicycle frames, specifically the classic cantilever frame design that became a staple of their vintage cruiser bikes.
