Not Stingray forks not sure what they are some sort of road bike I think, the mayweg rack easy $175/200

That diagram is depicting a Murray built rear drop out, but I doubt those parts are specific to Murray.

I don't think those were used on Schwinns. Their forks did not have a tab for mounting fenders. If the bike had a fender option, they were attached to the axle. They do look like a decent fork.
