Frame was made in 1972 by Frank Greco for Schwinn. It was gifted to me 25 years ago, I have never built it up but it does show marks that it was at one time. Story goes Mr. Greco made 2 of these as a trial to see if vertical dropout’s could work. The story was told by Mr. Greco to my father. Chrome is super clean, threads to BB look perfect. Very minor nicks if you will on seat tube, most likely from front derailleur.
