Mid 1980s Mercier, nicely-outfitted Columbus frame with internal brake cable routing in the top tube. Color is in the classic Mercier pinkish-fuschia range, paint pretty good for its age, no dents or rust detected. This bike is from around 1984 or 1985 when Mercier went bankrupt, and may have originally been badged as Velo de Mercier by the employee-owner group that continued production for a few more years. The decals and fork panto are not consistent with pre-bankruptcy Mercier, but the details of the bike and components strongly suggest it is from the Mercier shop, not a later faux-Mercier.
Seat tube is 60 cm CTC and top tube is 58.5 cm CTC.
Bike is in as found condition, has not been serviced. Rideable as is and felt good on a short test ride.
