I think that is a 'Woods' valve. A bit more common on tubes for these larger tires. My wife's Kronan came with them and replacement tubes with that valve are available. Admittedly, I have changed hers over to presta tubes for convenience.
A good machinist could fabricate that piece, but he would have to do it for free or it would cost more than the bike. If you know anyone who speaks Italian it might be worth checking Ebay in Italy. Interesting bike, those brakes are a design new to me!@RustyJames I'm not sure when I'll get to the bike to work on it, but at least I have it. That's the hard part!
The rod that should be sitting an alloy "pocket" isn't as the alloy piece broke. Non-fixable, really, but the bike will be more of a Museum/Art piece in my Collection anyway.
