'Lil Knee Scuffer
Tire operated Bicycle Bell. Great condition. Plating on actual bell could be better but the patina on this is great. Original finish throughout and all fasteners appear to be original. The chain and the nut & bolt are not original. It probably was used with a leather cord. The spring is in good shape also.
