I installed the fenders on ‘50 Hornet chartreuse build I’ve been working on over there winter.

Finally finished tuning up my good 'ol 53 Hornet - used often for beach cruisin in So Cal.

Got around to install the front fork on my Silverking Hextube. That fork was toast, actually extra crispy would be more precise Happy Wednesday my fellow CABERS!

One more piece of the puzzle!! Few more items to locate and then its time for metal work and paint. MAN!!

(Yes these are the bars Mike Kaplan sells. They will make due and get the bike on the road until i can break the pay-wall to get originals. Lol)

Today I installed the correct chain guard to my Hextube. Thanks Bicyclebones! Happy Friday my fellow CABE members.

I went back to a standard sissy bar for JC Piggins. Easier to handle, get on/off & makes the huge ape hangers look HUGER again. Also changed to silver fox tail to better match seat & grips for tomorrows Ape Hangers in April Bluz Cruz. Oink!!

A lot of patience, oil and a 13/16 drill bit and the Shelby finally has a seat post! I threw a temporary seat on it for right now until the other one arrives.
Wont seem like much to most folks but this has been a dream build for a very long time.

Got to work on this super crusty '37
Colson today! I originally purchased the bike with everything except a rack, pedals, and fenders. After getting those missing pieces I was able to service it and throw some new chain treads on to make it a complete rider. This is an OG paint bike that is mismatched with red and blue pieces. I normally stick to the original all one color system, but this is what I had access to and I must say I'm very satisfied. All I need now is a nicely aged saddle and we are ready to roll!
