You ever seen one of these?

I was looking through craigslist and seen the ad with this bike. I've NEVER seen or heard of one these. The ad reads> old swinger jr bicycle - $40--------------------------------------------------------------------------------


it has solid rubber tires no tubes does not say what size, the seat cover is in ruff shap , but the bike is in good shape call mike any time im retired and outside a lot so emailes wont get anwered very oftin thanks

I had one last year. They are convertable bikes. The two top bars are screwed to the frame behind the seat and can be removed.

I think there's one in my garage up on a shelf somewhere. Haven't looked at it in years.
