Just picked this exact one up today. Funny thing was I was looking at FBMP last night and saw this bike for sale. I thought it looked like a King Size. I was looking up the serial number and I came back to this thread and there was the bike for sale. Even though I’ve already got one on this registry I had pick this one up.
For your sake, I hope that extra fork is longer than the NOS 70s replacement fork that I had...it came up to be just long enough for the headset, minus the top nut.
Even if it is short, you can still have the original one straightened, not too big of a deal. Prewar ladies' forks happen to be the right length too.
