The head tube has box pins around badge
Missing chrome yolk
Has deluxe stem and not double duty
Slight bends at lower end of the fork
It's a 1939 Autocycle per catalog

It can be ridden if you take exactly one baby crank! Lol Taking a full crank would definitely scrape the pedals/crank on the ground. The steering is a bit off putting on these (factory)bent forks, it takes a bit of getting used to. With everything flipped over like this, it behaves the same in concept of steering, but the yoke needs to be flipped over against the collar in order to work as suspension...it's just that much lower this way I suppose.
 
1941 fork, 1938 rear fender, on a frame with hanging tank? Silveray a wee bit slanted...looks like postwar neck
