Saturday Set-up starts for Vendors on Saturday April 26, 2025 at 9:00am until 5:00pm ... 5:00pm the Main Expo Building doors will be Locked and Secured.
I can't stress it enough that Saturday is the day to get the early bird pickings, you can Set-up, Swap/ Sell & Shop before Sunday.
Sunday Vendor Set-up ... Opens at 6:30am
Sunday General Admission Opens at 8:00am to Public
*Note: Vendors can campout in your Swap Space Saturday night.

Sounds like a liability insurance thing, it's just weird-sounding enough to be driven by insurance.

The venue is very large and it will hurt the outlying vendors . Also the average age of our events is up there so if you have a hard time walking , good luck !
Most of the activity will be around the main building anyway so those vendors will benefit the most from this rule .

There is an Auto Swap Meet & Car Show on April 13, 2025 ... Same venue Monroe Co. Fairgrounds.
Two weeks before the Bicycle Swap & it's 3 times the size, same RULES apply with lots of walking. Huge attendance!
We will be there advertising for the Classic Bicycle Show & Swap Meet ... Stop by and say ...HI!

Received this updated information today about the 2025 Monroe Classic Bicycle Show!

Notably there has been changes to the Show Bicycles and Categories, it will no longer be a people's choice, BUT a "JUDGED SHOW!"

So, Bring out and Show those prized Collectible Bicycles!!

There will be 7 Show Bike Categories for 2025 with a $50.00 Cash Award for "Best" in each category.

• Best pre- 1930's Classic
• Best 1930's to 1940's Classic
• Best 1950's to 1960's Classic
• Best 1970's to 1980's Classic
• Best BMX
• Best Motorized
• Best Custom
