I want a bike that has perfect classical lines, is light, is easy to pedal, can climb long hills, shines like brilliantly polished chrome and has blackwall Westwinds on polished alloy rims with stainless spokes. Oh, and a smallish but cushy black kangaroo hide saddle. If nobody minds, I'll have the frame made of Titanium, polished, not painted. Let the mudguards be flared, aircraft aluminum and painted black, but let the springer slide, this baby won't be jumping no stinkin' curbs. Can I get an Amen?

Oh, I'll call it "Tuxedo."

Now let me just say I'm a Schwinn guy and the phantom to me is the ultimate...wings on tank and chainguard...I mean score!!
But the perfect bike would have to be in my opinion this guy!!
They said paint? Why....rust?? No way....they nailed it. Everytime I see one of these up close ..all polished and dialed in...Im mesmerized!!!

Oh yeah, almost forgot the most important part. Hydrogen gas to fill those balloon tires and offset the weight of any steel or rubber parts!

Well if the frame is highly flammable magnesium, then you might as well have hydrogen filled tires. Call it "Hindenburg", with a thumb to the eye of fate!

My ideal bike would come with never crack, split, or pop, self pressure regulated tires. And a cup holder. And perhaps an umbrella, maybe.

I built the closest thing I could. Tall frame, 28”, long wheelbase, tank with storage, multi-speed igh, front drum w/dynamo and a VERY powerful headlight. If I could only keep one bike, this would be it. The only thing that would improve it is a knee-action spring fork.

This one is pretty good. Sturmey Archer drum brakes, alloy rims, Ritchie stem bearing, smooth, quiet, and folds in the middle. The trunk holds a 12 pack, and ice, don’t ask me how I know.
