lever action Trike , propelled by alternating feet power with the seat which moves up and down.

The way this trike works: First get it rolling then use the foot bar by pushing down then when going forward the seat then is progressing up and when it reaches its apex, the rider shifts his weight down on the seat and propels the trike until the foot bar travels up to its apex then the foot downward action producing a fast and energy saving ride.

Folks, this is rare and out of the box thinking.

Who produced this great machine and what year.
My guess produced about 1927 ---1937.
