Policemen guard a bicycle, Hopalong Cassidy radio, basketball kit, bats, flashlights, and other prizes at Miller Park, Bloomington, Illinois, 1951.

In 1940, Marie Phillips supported herself and five children by selling vegetables, and taking them to her San Antonio neighbors on this bicycle.

Phillips made three five-mile trips per day, hauling 200 pounds of Haymarket Plaza veggies on the front and rear of her machine.
