Stage 11 was like watching Frazier and Ali, only throw in Foreman and Tyson just to make things interesting.
Tadej goes for the knockout!
Vingehaard, Roglic, and Evenepoel are on the back foot, but you can never count either of those guys out.
They just keep coming at you!
Tadej gave it a good go, but it didn’t take long for the smelling salts to kick in for Vingegaard.
Roglic goes down!
But he’s back up before you could count to ten.
So after a 15 round knockdown drag out fight, it came down to a sprint for the finish.
And it was Jonas Vingegaard by half a wheel!
Both of these guys are the best of Sportsmen.
You got me today, but I’ll be back for the rematch.
Tadej looked pretty down and out at the finish, but he had nothing to hang his head about.
He actually gained time on his nearest rival, but he knows it’s going to take a lot more than that, to win this thing outright.
All eyes are on the Pyrenees now!
