Well I traded my little bluebird for this big bluebird ...1 of only 34 complete 1970 numbers matching ... factory blue on blue .. ram air 3... 4 spd ..pw windows.. air conditioning stereo with 8 track ..Pontiac Trans AM .. I'm a firebird junkie and this showed up on a chance conversation..had to have it

I picked up this project a while back and found some fenders and a fork for it just recently. I decided to slap some paint and pins on the fork and fenders to get it started. Not sure if I'm going to build it or just hang it up somewhere. I've never seen a black and orange Elgin before. It's definitely orange not faded red.

Well, I persevered and got Donald ducks horn ( not a quack but close enough) and glowing eyes working today/night. Shawn @Freqman1 gave me some pointers and with a bit of keep it simple at my end

( my best motto) just ran a hot from the battery to the pos bulbs, and the neg on the bulbs to the tall post on the switch, and voila! Spooky glowing eyes!
