Finally felt like riding an old bike, just for fun, today.
30 miles on the 1910 'Prefer'.
In the undercroft of Abingdon County Hall.....

...as you could see they were setting up Abingdon Fair in the marketplace; where I stop for a coffee I had a great view of the "gallopers".....

It's unseasonably warm and sunny over here at the moment, possibly the warmest October day I've ever seen.....

Rode The Northern Rail Trail through Andover and Wilmot with my Sweetheart and her sister. Elgin Hotrod , 69 Deluxe Hollywood, and '66 Deluxe Hollywood. We stopped at Eagle pond and Potter Place along the way. A bit chilly and cloudy here. Had an Awesome time. Stay safe and have fun. Hammerhead

lots of loops and riding "Circles", just for fun; 56 miles today, more fun than any one person, normally has.🥳

Haven't been posting much since it seems to rain every weekend here. Rode 21 miles round trip from Fort Lee, NJ to State Line Lookout via Palisades Interstate Park and Route 9W. The Park runs from the George Washington Bridge into upstate New York along the Hudson River. It's roller coaster of steep descents and grueling climbs. Folks on carbon fiber road bikes were struggling and here I am riding the '84 Sierra which clocks in around 31 pounds!

Took advantage of amazing weather again yesterday and got a good workout in Superior, or 'Roots' as I call it.

This is where my addiction to pump tracks began & a super chill place to ride. Not super technical but very fast! It doesn't even have a name really, just built in a park area with pickleball courts, dog walk area, some small dirt jumps, skate park & pump track in a residential area. And I love it!!😍
