Clipped into & onto the wannabe Hawthorne road bike for 40mi yesterday out to the coast, south then inland up San Diego Creek...cool temps, manageable breeze...

First meetup of the year for our local vintage motorcycle and scooter club. Decided to ride our vintage bikes rather than our classic Vespa scooter. Fortunately, it was at our favorite café in our neighborhood for a nice morning ride, a cup of joe, and to catchup with the fellas.

Snowing here pretty hard this morning, got a late start, rode a ‘41 BFG DX today

Tried out some Maxxis Holly Roller bmx tires I installed for the snow.

Tires have some decent tread, rolled good and nice riding in a couple inches of snow. They’re 2.4 wide and fit with fenders.

I rode 15 miles today.

Perfect day here; happy Monday.
Not working today, rode all day, 108 miles, 1936 @rustjunkie Coral Colson Hot-Rod DBR with Sachs 2-speed.

Had the stuff, didn't need anything. Fish-n-Chips at Zacks by HB Pier, 2 Clif bars, a Gatorade with lunch, water as "prompted".
