I got to try out my new bike rack yesterday with a trip to the track.

Had the place to myself again for the most part.....

Finally got around to trying out my new gloves & helmet. Funny how I picked up the gloves on sale ($12) when I got my Framed 29er bmx bike. Then the helmet popped up on sale at REI ($49.95) a month later. They kinda match!

I've found that Marcos hot dogs are great recovery fuel after a good workout. Lots of protein & my home is the perfect distance for the cheese to start getting all "melty". Delicious!!

So thankful for my blessings!
