What bike did you ride today?

I took J.C.Piggins for Bike Night since the tires were still at optimum pressure & easy to get to from riding the other day. Beautiful weather mostly. A dark rain cloud moved in with cold, swift wind to cool things off but only a couple of sprinkles. I didn't get an official head count but was easily 150+.

Quick pause to let everyone catch up. The theme was 'Pride'.

Of course we had to take a rip down Main St.

Another fun evening of cruising!

I took this gothic fendered Schwinn out this morning. It was a nice 7 mile ride around town.

Went out for awhile this morning, Western Flyer again, along HB shore.

Shakedown of the '64 resto-mod Racer. 10 mile ride. Finished this one up last fall but the weather prevented a long ride. Two changes... a more cush saddle and may end up purchasing some blue bear traps for better grip.

The big fat 1952 Monarch Black Tanker today very late after a long productive day. This bike has been down for awhile since I robbed the shifter from it for the Excelsior build. The new replacement shifter arrived, so it's once again roadworthy. Another gas-bagger juvenile motorhead started buzzing me on the River Trail again. This time I prepared for the 2nd 40mph pass with a mouth-full of spit, snot and water, easily hitting the bullseye. Love it! Works beautifully. These bully twit delinquents are totally out of control and need a spanking. Nobody tries to stop them, and there is zero price to pay cause the cops never respond. These cowardly twits speed away when anyone confronts them. I have cornered a few and they are all un-repentant and total idiots. Cell phones, Saurons and hot rodded, un-licensed gas burning motorbikes seem to relieve Mom or Dad of parenting duties. Regardless, I rode a nice 20-miler slow as she goes!
Soon I will be back at a higher elevation in Utah for the mtb season. Moon shot unplanned.... Stay safe and have fun as per @Hammerhead...we miss you brother....

Fox with something in its mouth ran through this spot and under the fence to the left, while I was standing in the dark 30 feet away. I’ve seen them here before at night.

Took the Schwinn Cycle Truck out for an evening ride with the family.

Dinner with mi amore, so only time for a short three mile jaunt on the ‘56 Phantom.

It was the final ride and roll for me at our elementary school. Kinda a sad day but I love watching them grow up. My daughter rode my late mother’s ‘67 Violet Hollywood and I was on my ‘62 green KSA.
