Rode a ‘53 Schwinn Meteor today. Spent last few days putting this one together from a frame and springer fork that I had . Traded for a girls hornet this Monday the same color that had everything pretty much to return it to OG appearance .
Need to take the springer apart and paint the fork bridge green, the original had a shoddy repair and I was too impatient to paint it before I put it together .
Someone decorated one of the bridges on the trail. It’s been decorated for Halloween and St Patrick’s day also.
Did a quick ride after work on the '74 Varsity. I keep forgetting to grease the bottom bracket bearings on this one. Sounds like a project for this weekend
This is a local bike, given to me by the original owner back in 1997. Still has an old Bayonne, NJ 1976 - 1977 bicycle license
Grabbed a bottle of whiskey, hopped on the Murray and headed over to hang out with my ex. It was a great couple of hours reminiscing about our younger days and riding wheelies up and down the block.
Stuck working out of town … brought my folder Dahon 8 speed to Corning Corporate Headquarters ( Scram custom components) thanks Tristan @ Rick Bikes Buffalo NY
