I have that same bike! Just got it recently.

Went for a Christmas morning ride with Hannah. This was the first time she's ridden to Old Town.

I got her a sweet Electra Super Deluxe 3 speed, but she didn't feel comfortable and wanted a 24" bike, so I found her one in my travels. It's a 3 speed Firmstrong in pretty good shape.

Riding my not-so-original 1980 Schwinn Cruiser 5 that I put some alloy wheels on while I clean up the originals, along with a thumb shifter to go with the Suntour V-GT derailleur that's on it. I love this bike!

After having this ‘37 Elgin Oriole almost 2 year ( occasionally working on it) I finally decided to get it rideable last week and took it on its first real ride today.

Thought I had it dialed in but minutes into ride I was adjusting stuff. Was mild and dry today breaking way to sun mid morning.

After about an hr I had it dialed in to my liking…

The weather was great so kept riding.

This old Oriole had quite the flight today, 50 miles.
