The ride this eve in Little Elm has a minty floating hub along with the shock-ease for a SMooooooooth RIDE!

Threw together this 35 Shelby camelback Flying Cloud using some good loose parts and pieces laying around then went for a late test spin. Rides real nice. The semi-stretched chain complained about the new unworn 22t ring and 10t cog but smoothed out pretty quickly. Nothing fancy here, solid bike, nice gearing and quiet.

to the shore;

almost to Sunset when my weekend riding pals flagged me to roll with them;

back to sunset, and the short missed part, for 2 full loops;

Sun just peeking through around 11:30, 52 miles of fun at the beach.

1939 Shelby Flyer roadster today for 41mi. 2hr 50min spun up. Cool and cloudy with little if any wind. Love this fast bike.

I was looking to buy a pair of Electra retrorunner tires and came across this new Electra on marketplace for a smidge more than the cost of the tires. The lady seller won it in a raffle. A few mods including dropping the rear sprocket 4 teeth and it rides well and is surprisingly fast.

Friday night - drove to a friend's house to lend him my car. Rode back home on the '92 "Chicagoland" Trek 720. Did see a skunk crossing the road and two teenage girls following after him. Hope they didn't get too close!
