Got my '57 Truck out for a quick test ride around the yard, and almost got blown off it. Too Blustery out there for me today, I'm not as hard core as some of you. 25-35 mile an hour winds all day and showers off and on. Pic taken pre-ride.
A short ride in high-ish winds as the storm comes in. Low 50's, very grey day. I hid from it as best I could for about 11 miles, then abandoned when I saw sand flying so flipped it for a fast return,. 22mi. maybe, not sure. 1934 Shelby Flyer motobike.
Haven't been riding much between all the rain and working 6 days/week with tax season revving up. Did 10 miles today on the '92 Trek 750. Beautiful day here in NJ - 47F, no wind, plenty of sunshine. Happy riding all and all of you in So Cal stay safe with this storm.

Hey @SKPC those look like metal clad wood rims on your ‘34? Did alter them yourself , to accept the clincher tires?( I have one 26” metal clad that had a clincher on it, not knowledgable enough to know if some came OG that way?) How do they ride?, I’ve always put modern wheels on my wood wheel bikes for riding. You obviously are riding them hard so your peeking my curiosity for riding on a set. Your bikes always look fast sitting still with the seat /bar position you have. You’re obviously a tall guy, I’m way too short, and probably couldn’t maintain that position anyway for very many miles. it sure looks mean and aggressive and I love the look!
