Shot across the 4 lane to check out the progress of the Farmers market. After 60+ years, it being torn down to build a Chick- fil -A and an Aldis grocery store.
Headed back south, stopped at our new ice cream shop . Opened only late Friday and Sat Sun.

Had it a week now and figured time for a madden voyage, what better time than during the eclipse!
now back on the rack for a much needed rear hub refresh and actually gonna do it myself and save $20 plus day off and suns out, plus 6pak has been waiting for a few days now…..
Out with the W.I. (Wallingford Irregulars) yesterday, Sunday, on my 1925 'Rexor'.....
...a fantastic lineup of bikes up against the church wall in Brightwell Baldwin, as we sampled the very fine beers in the 'Lord Nelson' pub over the road, just one of 4 pub stops we enjoyed; it was so good, we stopped here on the way home too....
On the way there, my friend Clive took this photo of us, it's probably going to be my photo of the year.....
...only 5 minutes later, none of us were smiling much as we rode uphill into a 45mph headwind!
Despite all that, it was a glorious day and a lovely ride out in the countryside.

Out for a nice ride on my '37 Roadmaster DBR after replacing Wile-E with an airplane. The bike fell over in the bike room and Wile-E lost his head and his ears broke off too, found the head but not the ears.
